Yes! Recreational sale and use of cannabis for adults over 21 years of age was legalized in New Mexico by the Cannabis Regulation Act (HB2 and SB2) on April 12th, 2021.

🔸First, be at least 21 years old. (Or have a New Mexico Medical card)
🔸Second, have a valid, government issued photo ID.
🔸Third, visit a dispensary, such as The Green House!

In NM, recreational customers may purchase daily and posses:
🔸2 ounces of flower
and…
🔸16 grams of extracts & concentrates
and…
🔸800 milligrams of edibles

🔸US State Government-issued driver’s license or ID card
🔸Tribal ID card
🔸Passport or Passport Card
All forms of ID must be current, must have a photo, and must be readable.

It is only legal to consume cannabis products in a private residence or in a licensed consumption area.
You may not consume cannabis on public land, such as national parks and other public recreation areas.

While you do not need to be a NM medical card holder to shop for cannabis, it does remove the tax and reduce your cost significantly. We accept NM medical patients at all New Mexico Green House locations.
